Preschool thru Pre-Confirmation Catechesis

Families may choose from two class time offerings:

1. Sunday mornings from 10:20 to 11:20 for children 3 years*  thru Pre-Confirmation Year 2.
2. Wednesdays from 4:20 to 5:20 for children 3 years*  thru 6th grade

*Children must be at least 3 years by Sept 1 and toilet trained.

High school students needing Pre-Confirmation Year 1 or Year 2 also register for these classes.

Family Pages: Living and Learning Together

Family pages will be sent home with the Pre-k thru 6th grade children each week from class.
This gives families the opportunity to continue the faith learning and conversations at hom

Home Based Catechesis

In addition to the Sunday and Wednesday class times,  there is another option for families: Home Based Catechesis. Home-based Catechesis is for those families who cannot participate in the primary parish catechesis program or who choose to provide catechesis for their children at home. Parents who choose the home-based catechetical model are referred to as homebased catechists. Home-based catechists are expected to participate in Sunday Eucharist and other experiences of prayer, learning and service that build community and Christian life.  Home-based catechists are encouraged to engage in adult faith formation opportunities such as catechetical courses, retreats or days of reflection offered by the parish, other parishes or the Diocese.   Read about the homebased policies here.
