All incoming Middle & High School students are invited to participate in our Hypuro Fit Agility Training 1-hour sessions of no more than 8 students at a time on the new soccer field to ensure proper social distancing.
All workouts will be led by Chase Crouse who is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Orange Theory Coach, and Functional Fitness Specialist through the American Council of Exercise. We will be training in order to establish proper running technique, build endurance and mobility, and to work on agility and explosiveness.
Sessions will be $30 a student, per session, and all proceeds go directly to funding youth ministry efforts in the 2020-2021 academic year. Click the link below to register and reach out to chase-crouse@sttaustin with any questions.
